I design and develop large-scale learning solutions that go beyond individual courses. My work starts with understanding the business problem, performance gap, audience, risk, and operational environment.

From there, I translate complex information into competency models, learning frameworks, design documents, storyboards, simulations, eLearning modules, facilitator materials, job aids, and measurable training programs.

My approach combines instructional systems design, SME collaboration, technical accuracy, creative learning design, and structured project governance.

The goal is simple: build training that is accurate, scalable, engaging, and tied to real performance outcomes.

This approach is reflected in my Enterprise Learning Delivery Framework, which expands beyond traditional ADDIE by adding upfront business alignment, role clarity, structured review cycles, quality gates, implementation planning, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

Competency & Curriculum Design

I map roles, tasks, skills, knowledge, and performance expectations into structured competency models, curriculum maps, learning paths, and training plans.

Training Needs & Performance Analysis

I analyze whether training is truly the right solution by looking at performance gaps, audience needs, task complexity, compliance requirements, operational risk, and business goals.

Subject Matter Expert Collaboration

I work closely with SMEs to extract critical knowledge, validate technical accuracy, separate “need-to-know” from “nice-to-know,” and translate expert information into learner-centered design.

Modality & Solution Strategy

I determine the best delivery approach based on the need, not habit. That may include eLearning, ILT, microlearning, video, simulation, job aids, OJT, coaching, or blended learning.

Learning Asset Development

I create design documents, storyboards, scripts, interactions, graphics, animations, assessments, facilitator guides, and fully developed learning modules.

Quality, Governance & Improvement

I use structured review cycles, feedback logs, QA checks, SME validation, learner data, and business feedback to improve training over time.

I do not just build training assets.
I build learning systems that connect business problems to performance outcomes.
