As an Instructional System Designer, I’ve played key roles in organizational development and talent management. The learning paths and leadership curriculums I’ve built, drive continuous improvement by building innovative solutions, people leaders, training programs, and processes.
I routinely work side-by-side with talent management or take the lead role spearheading stakeholder engagement and bringing leadership together to ensure company business objectives are aligned with proposed learning paths for people leaders and other employee groups.
I believe strong cross-functional skills are needed to do develop the right relationships to drive implementation plans and organizational change. In addition, I have the ability and skillset to design training programs from the ground up, piloting the program, launching and continually improving on these programs throughout their inception.
